Shipping Policy

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our number one priority. We are following safety guidance as recommended by health authorities in the handling of your order. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order. Due to safety measures and higher than usual volumes, our carriers are experiencing shipping delays. Please expect a longer than usual delivery time.

All packages will be delivered during normal business hours. To ensure a secure delivery, it is recommended that the shipping address indicated in the order be one where someone will be available to sign the proof of delivery. All orders are shipped from our location in Calgary, Alberta.

In the event that there is an item that is out of stock, you will be contacted by email and offered the option to change your order.
